Sitting Bull 'GATHERING' Message
The 'GATHERING' message appears below my explanation.
I think it's time to tell the truth because we may be running out of time. Time has already run out for many people. I believe the following message is from the soul who was Sitting Bull. I am posting this message in support of the World Gathering, 25/26 August 2007.
I would rather this message, for the time being at least, not go far outside Indian / Native American circles. If Indians would like to pass it on to other Turtle Islanders - that is fine. If you wish to send it on to other of the world's indigenous peoples, and perhaps non-indigenous people, that is up to your choice. For now, it feels like this message should first-line go to native peoples of North America.
I have not promoted this message since the 'Start of the World Gathering for Truth' in 2000, however the message has sat quietly on the Internet in a few places since that time.

Although this message is nine years old in origin I feel it is really meant for now: 2007 and the next year or two. I feel that because now really is the time for the Gathering. The world is getting dangerous, millions of people are dying in very unusual circumstances. And at the same time many people want to communicate and exchange the information and views they have.
In August 1998, I went to 'The Gathering' in north Wales, British Isles. A very large lodge had been built (please don't jump on my case as a knee-jerk reaction, the native Celts here had a very similar culture to the Indians of North America although, admittedly, the lodge had a distinctly North American feel).
Two medicine women came from North America. Also there was a psychic lady from Holland who brought a very interesting message which was read near the start of the gathering. As far as I remember she said the message was from 'White Wolf'. This message really got through to me, it was strong and clear and seemed to cut through the fog of our daily 'modern' lives.
I kept the Dutch woman's phone number, and in 1999, I phoned her up. She told me that 'White Wolf' is one of two names used by the soul who was Sitting Bull. He had come back, again, into my life. Around 1993, when friends and myself were close to hovering craft in the area of the crop patterns in southern England, many people were dreaming of Sitting Bull and were receiving messages to gather at the White Horse hill carvings, etc.
I have more memories of Sitting Bull, and an Indian lifetime I had, but they are personal.
I am not trying to pinch your culture, I have my own right now: native Celtic.
The only reason I am passing this message on - quite possibly from Sitting Bull - is because I feel it is important.
Please let us not waste time and effort throwing things at each other over whether this really is from Sitting Bull. Instead - I ask - we read the words and see if they may be important for our present situation, Then, above all else - let's take action.
A grumbling and building thunderstorm was over this area just before the opportunity appeared to send this to the indigenous people of North America.

Good for you to share.
i say this as one who is *not* originally from this side of mOm EaRtH, yet as one who has resonated with those whom have not been colonized as long as my family lines have been; those who still hold onto the dreams of free peoples, and inspire.
May others of many many other creative spiRit dare to speak up in the places they feel might be able to listen to them.
May the indigenous peoples of all places (including within our own intuitions, kept so long invalidated by our often naive trusting faith/belief in those whom have been basically forced to follow the ways of their forefathers--well, is it not so??!)...starting again...May the indigenous peoples of all places see the powers they have, along with the rest of us!
May we all begin and continue to see and re-see and look behind and think through, towards the sanity (radical or other) of the promise revealing itself within and outside us and all peoples (critters too)!
As for the Sitting Bull channel...if the author of _Return of the Bird Tribes_ can do such successfully with Hiawatha, why not with the Sitting Bull? (And when champions arise to challenge you, do not take it personally --unless you WANT or need to--try to look behind such intensity and, well, i figure you know what i'm sayin'!)
We are all vessels of ancient truth, now all we hafta do is recognize the puzzles and seek wisdom from all who come forth (in so many ways, known and unknown or of forgotten value), in order to learn of the gifts we all are! -

Just realize that there is currently living an Oglala Lakota from the Tetowan Nation that carries that name of his GG-Grandfather, and he is my brother. Any made up quotes, or the excuse of channeling, only takes away from the actual profound and valid statements that this very special and wise spiritual man makes... -

My own angle on this is that all who are inclined, see each other in commonalities, instead of differences. And see each other as language-ing; all the ways in which we speak (silently or out loud) are language-ings. The way we "carry ourselves" the way we are arted by others' ideas of who we are, the way we may choose to "art ourselves" with what is around us.
If we can see each other in such a light, we then look behind intensities and look at how we would be were we in their shoes, in their reality, or interpretation there-of.
The next angle is to realize the value of bridging, and of keeping such bridges of listening to each other "open" in various ways. My angle on this is preferenced towards *radical* ways of listening--where i's define, and receive those reflections.
i don't know if i'll "make it" to that gathering, tho i know i will be on a hilltop. Maybe these ideas can be shared widely-- feel free to share them on your hill, and you need not say who passed them on, either! (what if we make a circle on each of our hills and do a go-around where everyone can share their input, and maybe even use that as a way to informally keep connections up --that is, those who are moved by what others share get together informally on their own) -

I feel I know what you are saying about bridging and listening. I have given up, for now, trying to speak to my sister. She doesn't hear what I am saying. There is so much going on within her that she never speaks about. I think she's listening to her own boiling-over emotions while I am speaking. But she never speaks. I pray she will start speaking - I will listen.
